These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ignite24x7's learning platform at learn.ignite24x7.com and the marketing website at ignite24x7.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent/guardian where required by law.
2. Course Access & Enrollment
- Free courses are accessible immediately upon self-enrollment.
- Paid courses require successful payment via Razorpay before enrollment is granted; access is provisioned automatically once payment is verified.
- Course access is granted for [ACCESS PERIOD — e.g. lifetime access / 12 months from enrollment] from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise stated on the course page.
- We may update course content (lessons, quizzes, labs) over time to keep it current; the core learning outcomes described at the time of purchase will not be materially reduced.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Certificates & Badges
Certificates and digital badges are issued upon meeting a course's completion criteria (e.g. passing all lesson quizzes and submitting the capstone assignment). Certificates confirm completion of Ignite24x7's own course curriculum and are not a government-accredited qualification unless explicitly stated on the course page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell/redistribute course content.
- Copy, record, or republish course videos, slides, or lab guides without written permission.
- Use the Service to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (e.g. in assignment submissions).
- Attempt to circumvent quiz/assignment completion requirements through automated means.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — videos, slide decks, lab guides, and quiz questions — is owned by Ignite24x7 or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning; it does not transfer any ownership rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep course content accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific career or employment outcomes, or that content is error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without a refund of already-consumed course access, except as required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, STATE — e.g. Bengaluru, Karnataka].
